Drainage pipes are used in construction to drain rainwater and groundwater below the drainage level of the facility.
Drainage pipes are made on the basis of two-layer corrugated pipes "POLYCORR" by additional machining for the purpose of formation of through openings for drainage and removal of filtration water from engineering constructions and infiltration of surface waters.
Perforation is carried out according to GOST B 2.5-32: 2007 and there are three main types:
- MP (120⁰) - multi-purpose drainage pipe, in which the water inlets are located on the ridge of the circle and having a waterproof connection. The lower part of the multi-purpose pipe can be used to transport the collected water;
- LP ( 220⁰ ) - partially drainage pipe, in which the water inlets are located at the top of the circle and the bottom is not perforated;
- TP ( 360⁰ ) - a full drainage pipe in which the water inlet openings are evenly spaced around the entire circumference.
The pipe has the set rigidity of a ring SN4-SN16, diameters from 200 to 800 mm inclusive, allows to solve any difficult problems.
The water inlet holes are slotted. They do not interfere with the entry and exit of water and comply with the design documentation approved in the prescribed manner. The slots are made at right angles to the axis of the pipe and have a width in the range of 0.8 mm - 1.4 mm.
